💛🤍NONBINARY CODED GAMES💜🖤 is an annual steam festival celebrating games made by nonbinary developers. we showcase games by devs who are nonbinary, genderqueer, and outside the gender binary, along with games that have nonbinary rep!

we schedule this event to take place around July 14th, which is International Nonbinary People's Day! the days will be different depending on the year, but you can always count on it falling somewhere during mid-july. nonbinary summer!!!

ABOUT THE ORGANIZERS
hi, i'm nami! i write visual novels and draw comics, usually. you may know me as the creator of BAD END THEATER. i have also been known to make music and websites... i just love making things!!!
i am newly out as agender (i identified as a demigirl before), and i feel like helping to run this event has given me strength...! my games have been included in events centering women in the past, but it always felt a bit off for me. that's part of why i wanted to team up with my friend npckc to run an event more suited to developers like us!
i hope this event will feel like a comfortable little umbrella for all who participate, since that's how it feels for me!
hi, i'm npckc (kc for short)! i'm a nonbinary dev who makes little story games to connect with people. i made A YEAR OF SPRINGS & a pet shop after dark among other games, & i've just released a new game for this showcase called TRUE LOVE'S CURSE - check it out!
i've always felt a bit othered when me & my games get lumped in to events for women (+ gender minorities). after talking with nami, i figured there had to be a lot more nonbinary devs who felt the same way, & this showcase is what came out of it!
